"I had to return my order and..."
I had to return my order and it ended up being more of a hassle than I thought it would be. The refund took longer than expected, and the updates were kind of lacking, so I was just waiting and wondering what was going on. I did get my money back in the end, which is good, but the whole thing just wasn’t very smooth, and I feel like if they had communicated better...

"Customer service was sorta hard to reach"
I emailed customer service about my order and didn’t hear back for quite a while, which was sorta disappointing.
I ended up having to keep checking in, and it really felt like no one was helping much. Frustrating overall, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get better about replying.

"Decent site, but checkout could be smoother"
The website was fairly easy to navigate, and I was able to find what I needed after looking around a bit. A few pages loaded slower than expected, which might be frustrating for other customers too, especially if they’re trying to check out quickly. Overall it worked fine, but the checkout process could definitely feel a little smoother.

"Something felt a little off"
I’m not totally sure what to make of these, but they didn’t feel quite like the real thing to me. The quality seemed a bit off, and the packaging looked kind of weird compared to what I expected. I can’t prove anything, but it made me wonder if they might not be authentic.

"Shipping was really slow"
I ordered from myeyesupply.com the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for days, which was super frustrating, and I ended up waiting much longer than I had planned. The product was fine once it finally arrived, but the delivery time was annoying.

"I checked a few other places before..."
I checked a few other places before buying, and the prices here felt way too high. Once shipping was added, the whole thing just didn’t feel like a good deal. It wasn’t nothing special, at least not enough to justify paying that much. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.
